  • holidays,
  • or high-order-volume periods.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

2. Shipping Locations

Hued Up currently ships within Nigeria and to select international destinations.

Shipping availability may change over time based on logistics coverage and operational capacity.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Estimated shipping timelines may vary depending on destination and courier operations.

Nigeria Deliveries

  • Within Lagos: Standard Shipping: 24 hours
  • Outside Lagos: Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

International Deliveries

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier operations, customs processing, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • order size,
  • shipping method,
  • and applicable courier rates.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Hued Up is not responsible for delays caused by external courier or customs processes once an order has been shipped.

Hued Up is not liable for:

  • lost packages,
  • failed deliveries,
  • or additional shipping charges

resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information submitted by the customer.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at support@huedup.co within 5 business days of delivery or expected delivery date.

Where applicable, we will work with the shipping provider to investigate the issue.

9. Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been processed or shipped, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.
