At Hued Up, we take pride in delivering thoughtfully designed beauty products with care and quality. Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we maintain specific return and refund guidelines to protect product integrity and customer safety.
Please review the policy below before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are generally not eligible for return or refund.
Returns may only be considered if:
- the product arrived damaged,
- the wrong item was received,
- or the item arrived defective.
To request a return review, customers must contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:
- opened or used cosmetic products,
- products damaged through misuse,
- clearance or final-sale items,
- gift cards,
- and promotional items where stated.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email support@huedup.co with:
- your order number,
- clear photos of the item,
- and a brief description of the issue.
Once reviewed and approved, we may offer:
- a replacement,
- store credit,
- or a refund where appropriate.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow:
- 5–10 business days for processing,
- plus additional time depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the issue resulted from an error on our part.
5. Exchanges
At this time, exchanges may be limited depending on product availability.
If an exchange is approved, replacement items will be shipped after the original issue has been reviewed.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed for shipment.
Once processing or shipping has begun, cancellations may no longer be possible.
7. Allergies & Product Sensitivities
Customers are encouraged to review ingredient information carefully before purchase.
Hued Up is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities resulting from ingredients listed on product packaging or product pages.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a qualified medical professional if necessary.
